GIFT CARDS: Our Spa Gift Cards make an excellent gift for any special occasion, holiday, or special event, and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

FOR YOUR COMFORT & SAFETY: To maintain a relaxing spa environment, please silence all cellular devices and keep all phone calls to a minimum. Children should only be in the salon if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times. We request that you disclose any medical conditions, prescription medications, skin products/conditions as they may be in contradictions to some spa services. We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or burning on clients who have sensitive skin or are using any medications/creams not suitable for waxing/skin care services. We love what we do and guarantee our nail enhancement services for 7 days. In the event you lose a nail or lifting occurs within the first 7 days, we will repair it free of charge. A refund cannot be given on any products or services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know and another technician would be glad to accommodate you. We are always open to suggestions and recommendations to improve our services and the products we use, and ask that you share your thoughts with us so we can make our services better. We value you as a customer and want to ensure you are aware that prices/products are subject to change without notice. Please call the spa to confirm pricing and schedule your appointment.
